Several judicial decisions determine defects of consent in ICO-Covid loans
The Spanish government launched financing lines backed by the Official Credit Institute (ICO), in the midst of the economic emergency generated by Covid-19. However, many banks changed their conditions, and the courts have ruled that there was a breach of consent due to an erroneous conviction about what was being contracted.
