Transfer of movable and semi-movable assets or \u201cbienes semovientes\u201d, as well as the constitution of real rights over them, excluding guarantee rights.<\/span><\/h4>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<u>Semi-movable assets<\/u>\u201d means livestock.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>By real right we understand the type of right that an individual possesses in relation to something in particular.<\/p>\n<p>The tax rate will be obtained by applying this rate to the taxable base:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff7231;\"><i class=\"fa fa-caret-right\"><\/i> <\/span>A 4% tax rate will be applied, in general.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff7231;\"><i class=\"fa fa-caret-right\"><\/i> <\/span>A tax rate of 8% will be applied, in the transmission of boats of more than 8 metres in length, vehicles of more than 15 horsepower and objects of art and antiques.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff7231;\">C. A tax rate of 3.5% will be applied in the transfer of real estate whose real value does not exceed 130,000 euros.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff7231;\"><i class=\"fa fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\u00a0This assumption will take place when the real value of the house does not exceed \u20ac 130,000 and is used for the purchaser's habitual residence, provided that it is less than 35 years old.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff7231;\"><i class=\"fa fa-caret-right\"><\/i> <\/span>In the same way, a tax rate of 3.5% will be applied to the transfer of real estate when the amount does not exceed 180,000 euros, when it will be the habitual residence of the acquirer and the acquirer has a disability of 33% or more.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-3875-0-0-5\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-last-child\" data-index=\"5\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<h4><span style=\"color: #ff7231;\">D. A tax rate of 1% will be applied, in the case of the constitution of real rights of guarantee, pensions, bonds, loans and the transfer of credits.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff7231;\">F. <u>In the case of leases.\u00a0<\/u><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>we will have to refer to the scale of assessment established in the Law.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff7231;\">G.
